Directors Disqualification
As a company Director you may be aware that you have certain duties that you owe to the company, your fellow directors, and shareholders. The State has powers to ensure that those individuals believed to be responsible for conduct inconsistent with those obligations are prohibited from acting as Directors. The Department for Trade and Industry has the power to seek the Disqualification of a Director in the following circumstances:
